As a photographer, there's nothing more exhilarating than capturing the beauty of the world around me. Recently, I had the pleasure of doing a styled shoot in Belmont, North Carolina. The location? A serene bamboo forest at a venue aptly named Camelot Meadows.Upon entering this magical enclave, I was instantly captivated. The bamboo trees towered above, their slender trunks reaching for the sky, a sea of green leaves rustling gently in the breeze. The sun's rays trickled through the canopy, casting a gentle, dappled light that painted the forest floor. It was as if I had stepped into a different world, one of tranquility and natural beauty.The shoot itself was a dream. The forest provided the perfect backdrop, its natural elegance enhancing each frame. I was able to capture stunning shots that embodied the peace and serenity of the bamboo forest. The photoshoot was a blend of creativity and simplicity, each click of the shutter yielding yet another beautiful image.When I wasn't behind the lens, I took the time to breathe in the beauty of the forest. I listened to the sound of the wind whispering through the bamboo, the birds chirping in the distance, and the faint rustle of leaves underfoot. I soaked in the tranquility that the forest offered, a calmness that was as captivating as it was inspiring.As I wrapped up the shoot, I took one last look at the bamboo forest. Elizabeth + Craig are such a creative couple and their wedding reflected their creativity. Elizabeth is a dance and her dancer friends used their talents to put on a show during the couple's reception. They also had a live band as they danced the night away on a friends property in Hendersonville, NC. The wedding party wore steampunk inspired outfits, fitting for an October wedding.
